As the pumpkins stare off into the full, Halloween moon waiting on trick-or-treaters, our anticipation for these little ghosts and goblins to arrive grows as well.
This was our first year for the WWP Living Halloween costume contest and we kind of put it together last-minute and had to take off a bit early for a birthday party we already planned for. This, though, is good fortune for those very few trick-or-treaters we had prior to our departure at 7:20pm. If you came by after it was a help yourself trick-or-treat at this house. So hopefully everyone that came by still got a little something. We will put this on next year and years to come and hopefully it will grow to be a fun and memorable event. Thank you to the parents who let your child participate and sorry for those of you who missed out.
So without further ado, here are the contestants for the 2009 WWP Living Halloween costume contest. Please vote by adding a comment to the blog with the number of the trick-or-treater’s costume you most enjoy. We will keep true to our plan and award the winner $50. So good luck!
One quick change to the original plan. The winner will be awarded November 9th on this site. We’ve prolonged the original date so we can have as many people aware of the contest and vote as possible. So tell your friends and family to vote and we’ll get the word out as well.
GOOD LUCK KIDS, and please let’s be fair to everyone and only vote once.
LOST AND FOUND ALERT- we had a pink mitten left here, I think it was the child in the stroller on the sidewalk. So if it’s yours call me and you can come by and get it.
